Re: anxiety, search "vagal exercises" on Youtube - anxiety for me usually is this endless unhelpful thinking loop that's actually a diversion from some other deeper feeling that I don't want to feel, on top of being in slight fight or flight - those exercises are a shortcut to parasympathetic (rest/digest) mode ... I'll spare you the neuroscience (unless you wanna know! :D ) but its been a game changer for me! Anyway hope you've been well! We should catch up soon!
