But yes, we are back in Central park! Not at my good 5k pace, but doing 13min 2 milers now!
Have you ever biked barefoot?
13min 2 milers is generally a good time but especially for a return after injury!
I've biked barefoot before but only in limited capacity- short distances and not for speed.
